I don’t see any reason for him to drop deep in international football like this when the players aren’t as fragmented so no space, nobody able to make the runs like Son does. It’s pointless. For me we don't have enough quality in the central midfield area. I just hope we see the likes of Grealish and Sancho on the pitch trying to go for it rather than the likes of Phillips or a Ward Prowse. If he goes negative and leaves talented players on the bench the likes of Foden, Grealish and Sancho and we go out in round of 16 he'll be slaughtered.
