With the top going into the qualifiers make the teams below them have a playoff. With another going into the qualifiers. They are never going to come even close to qualifying. How can you justify the environmental impact of the entire England entourage flying to places like Andorra and San Marino for games so utterly pointless? From a development perspective they will have learnt nothing tonight.
