Season ticket refund

Unless Ive misread it it was one of the fans groups representatives that suggested to Chansiri not to give refunds and give credits instead so not sure they'd be up for chasing refunds.

 

The representative group has most of the same people who are happy to get a chance to sit in a room with Chansiri and not rock the boat too much

I think that’s an option for those still waiting to take up but I don’t believe it’s done automatically.

Agree. Still haven't received mine for 19/20.

 

I think that the supporters group should have raised this but for some reason, they jumped straight on the 20/21 refund totally ignoring the fact that most still hadn't received one for 19/20.

Me and 5 others I go with still waiting for refunds for 19/20 and last season too! Called in the shop 2 wks ago and couldn't be given any idea when we would be reimbursed , shocking treatment of the loyal fan base!

They have done by suggesting we get ticket credit instead 

 

Thankfully only waiting for the Mrs to get hers (I opted for ifollow) but fans have already said they want money not credit, so not sure the fans groups are actually representing the fans very well in that regard

My Mum is still waiting for her 19/20 refund.

 

Also emailed the club three times in line with their ‘email us if you have medical issues stopping you coming to games’ as credit for last years ST is no use to me. No response.

I sent an email and letter to them over 3 weeks ago saying I shall be commencing legal action if I don't receive a response within 2 weeks re the refund. No reply. 

 

Absolutely gutted that I'm going to have to chase a refund through the courts rather from the club I love.
