Wouldn’t have been high on my list, but you can understand the logic of the appointment. Whether you agree with it is a different matter. Jos was a unnecessary and pointless failure.

At least with Pulis there is a plan, and we will finally have an identity. With Monk, I didn’t understand where players were playing, what the system was and what the formation was meant to be. You never knew what team he was putting out.

Pulis keeps it simple. But above all else he needs a really good start. Otherwise he, and DC, have got a big problem.

But G Monk is/was an up and coming manager

Debate  the topic and not the posters

Respect other people's opinions like I'd ask them to respect yours

What the fizz does that even mean?

That some fans seem shocked and surprised we’ve not brought in a manager who is going to turn us into 1970s Brazil, when we are at the bottom of the Championship with no money and not a very attractive prospective right now?

Just read the Official Release, I knew he’d “bring a wealth of experience.....”

He’d be better off bringing a rabbits foot, a four leaf clover and some lucky white heather.......
