Garry Monk SWFC Manager September 2019 - November 2020

I've said it before but whoever comes in will inherit the same problems: dodgy keepers, the worst strikers in the league and an injury-prone squad. The best we can hope for from that scenario is that the players work hard to overcome these handicaps and at least Monk was getting them to do that.

If we can afford to pay off Monk and his team then maybe we should have spent a bit more on getting decent strikers.

A lot of money could have been saved had Monk parted company when his contract ran out in the Summer.

His sacking reeked of inevitability, the Chairman needs to swallow his pride and appoint a director of football with the new manger.
