Paul Cook would be a good choice!

Does anyone think that Pearson being in the news this week is no coincidence?

I know he's had health issues but its not beyond the relms of possibility.

Was the same timing Bruce came in after a period of health issues and in his case 2 family bereavements

We need to appoint for the long term for stability, entertainment and to get the fans together.

I’d love to see Ryan Lowe and give him time, but don’t see DC doing it. Last twice, he’s gone for a manager with Championship experience, what the fans asked for, that’s why I think it will be ..... Lee Johnson. Not necessarily my first choice!

Time is something no manager here is going to get. I know there were issues with Monk, but Bruce and Monk reckoned 3 or 4 window would be necessary to sort out this club. Before Monk even got to 1 his time was up in the eyes of many

Exactly...lower leagues. Even then it's only 50% at his current club

Do we really want to risk it on someone when we are fighting for relegation?

you mean a higher % win rate than any Wednesday manager in history?

Would be delighted with Pearson or Howe

Would be excited by Bruno Lage or Ryan Lowe

Would be ok with Paul Cook

Would be gutted if we got Pulis

Lets be reyt though... whoever it is can’t do much worse

That's a fair assessment. Could be something in Pearson breaking his silence recently about wanting to get back into management, although wouldn't surprise me if he went to Derby once their takeover is completed.

Part of me wants to be excited and really like what Ryan Lowe is doing in management. But, at the back of my mind have the Paul Hurst scenario when he went to Ipswich, although maybe that was more to do with recruiting too many L1 players.
