I can genuinely tell you that most of the Wigan fans hated him, given I live with and talk to a lot of them. Proven expert in survival at Southampton and Leicester and very unfortunate at Watford not being allowed to see the job through. On top of that he has won the title with Leicester and basically assembled the team that won the PL. I know he’s said he would be unsure of taking the job as he enjoys living in the city. But the question HAS to be asked. Cook - The best of the Championship standard managers. Biggs often tweeted about Rowett this time last year but it didn’t happen.
