I just couldnt see is ending well - he's not repaid the faith shown in him - he'll have demanded a backroom team and new players come in - but they're not being played and we were not seeing any significant improvement in results, goalscoring or any sign of this changing anytime soon. Not a great time for someone to lose their job but sounds like a big pay off and 'thanks but no thanks'.
