flash
Great news! Will be a massive boost to the players - wonder if they knew yesterday. Wycombe will go down so it’s the other 2 spots to avoid. Hopefully this will make recruitment easier in January (if we do)!

Just thinking that. Should never have been in this position. Hopefully fans and club can move on and concentrate on the football

Are Charlton that crap they have to rely on another club getting a points deduction to stay up? Why not. It worked for Barnsley.

keepitsteel89
this is huge, surely they won't allow a deduction then reapplication of points followed by ANOTHER 3 point reduction to split the difference, that would be insane .. I can't see even the EFL appealing this, que their big announcement

Oops, I wasn’t supposed to mention that, though to be fair, I never let anyone know who it is. It’ll be great to see people’s reactions when Ollie arrives though
catdog1121
Apparently the Panel asked DC if Monk was going to be fired soon.... DC replied that Monk had his full backing and as far as he was concerned he would be here all season... After the shortest ever deliberation the panel decided that Sheff wed have enough of a handicap this season so reduced the points deduction to -6 to at least give us half a chance of staying up...
