Thats what I thought. They didn't  penalise us last year as that would have relegated us and it wasn't deemed fair so why not deduct from last seasons points total now and wipe the slate clean for this season? 


Wouldn’t bet against DC going down this route

The big questions for me are:

 

How much did -12 affect morale and performance? How many players refused to resign due the the deduction and how much did it effect this summer's recruitment? 

 

If it can be argued that we suffered negatively in any of these areas, the the EFL are in a whole heap of trouble.

 

Putting aside Monks obvious problems, do we think we'd have lost 'those 3' games if we had been above them or around them in the league table????
