Our current crop of strikers

Recommended Posts

I look at the team sheet and have to ask where are the goals coming from?

Jack Marriott 76 goals in 249

Callum Paterson 55 goals in 266

Josh Windass 48 goals in 201

Elias Kachunga 41 goals in 140

Jordan Rhodes 184 in 410, but 18 in 94 since 2016

They’re all League One standard. I don’t know why people are surprised we can’t score. We should have signed Zahore.

We should have took the 12 points last season, gone down, sacked Monk and begun the rebuild. This wasted season of inevitable relegation is just torture

I agree. I just wish they’d announce the outcome of the appeal (which would never have worked anyway), then fans know where we stand. Someone needs to stick a Monk Out banner at Middlewood Road

The new strike force reminds me of when we signed Tudgay & Burton in the same window. Except, this time the difference is nobody is scoring goals & we aren’t going to get out of danger

That could come in handy come Sept 2021.

I actually feel sorry for DC here, money is tight, and Monk paid out a million for Windass and Paterson

Was amazed when we paid money for both of those, bonkers

Windass played well today.

Nah, taking the 12 points this season knowing we were going to get relegated anyway is genius.

That's why Chansiri is such a hugely successful businessman.
