Its looking nailed on that we're going into full lock down as of next week.

what do we reckon, will it end the season and reset to August kick off for new season?

Doubt they will suspend sport and tv production this time. More likely to be a closure of non essential shops and pubs etc.

things is, its different this time as we are only a few games in so less at stake cancelling the season.

if we are locked down until December as is the general concensus, then its going to be mid December before we can restart. we are already playing weekend/midweek/weekend every week so how do clubs make up the games?

factor in this lockdown will 100% send some clubs under

you may be right as schools and unis are staying open but its a very real possibly that the season may be paused again

If another lockdown saves Monk's job i will be bloody pissed off

On the other hand, if it stops us being relegated, I’ll be over the moon

Even if we did go to nationwide lockdown would it stop football being played?

France have locked down but elite sport has been allowed to continue. Would assume it would be the same here

Guess it’s just a question of whether we’re classed as elite or not.. I don’t think we are under Monk as the dog and duck could beat us

With our luck, they will cancel and current position will be final, so Reading go up after seven games, and we go down. But the EFL will insist we start next season on minus twelve as we didn’t have the chance to get rid of it this season
