Face the truth, if they were still in League One they would’ve sorted this quicker than us. They’ve always been better at the simple off the field victories that keep the fans engaged and onside. They don’t score the silly own goals we do year after year. 

It doesn’t cost money to be organised.

If like Utd you have significant incoming you can do things like you describe.

Surely calling in will mean that someone calling OUT will have to stop calling out in order to take the call IN and slow the whole process down, only to tell you they'll be calling OUT to you later to sort it

Hadn't thought of that in fairness. I'll hang fire for a bit longer, a bit of communication from the club wouldn't go amiss
