In an ideal world 442. Would drop Pelupessy and Dawson. Bring in Westwood to steady ship as he did before with Steve Bruce.

Monk far too arrogant to do this though and burnt bridges with wrong players.

Imagine is we still had Hutch on books. Hutch with one leg over Pelupessy whilst Luongo out injured.

How we sold Hutch to not replace him and rely on JP as Luongo's understudy is insane but its happened.

Dawson and JP are League 1/2 players and will not improve. If we won't play Wildsmith then why did we keep him and not sign another keeper? Recruitment starting to look amateur now. I initially believed the hype.

                               Westwood

Palmer.          Iorfa.          Borner.        Penney

Harris.          Brown.        Bannan.       Reach

                     Windass.       Paterson

May as well have a go, direct football, overlapping full backs. Bannan/Brown can’t play in a 2 man midfield etc etc time to change our shape and be positive.

I don't care about picking a team anymore.

I changed my mind haha.

My team, I'll go with 4-4-3 again:

Wildsmith(Again)

Plamer(Odubajo),  Iorfa(If fit, if not Palmer.),  Borner,  Penney

Brown(If fit, if not FDB.),  Paterson(C),  Bannan

Kachunga,  Rhodes,  Windass

Bench:

Westwood(Again)

Odubajo(If Palmer is at RB, if both are playing then Hughes.)

Brennan? If not a U23 CB

FDB(If playing, then Hunt, Waldock or Grant?)

Harris

Marriott

Reach

It's depressing to see Pelupessy in most teams, I know we don't have other options, but it's still depressing.

Even more depressing seeing Palmer named in most teams. If these 2 play, lump on Wycombe to get first win of the season!

Cannot persist with 3 centre backs when there aren't three available (I know this doesn't bother Monk), I'd go 4-2-3-1

Wildsmith

Odubajo

Iorfa

Borner

Palmer

Hunt

Bannan

Reach

Brown

Windass

Paterson

Subs Dawson Urhoghide Penney Dele-Bashiru Rhodes Marriott Harris

If Iorfa isn't fit then I'd play Urhoghide at centre back

I'm sure Urhoghide is still injured.

Probably not the best option then!

If him and Iorfa aren't it would have to be Palmer and Borner in the middle and Penney at left back

Yeah, that's exactly what I would go with. We haven't got many options haha.

Is Brown fit to play?  Has he completed all the levels on his latest game?

Not seen anywhere that he is fit to play.

Iorfa has been hinted at that he might play but they hinted at that last weekend.

Will be very surprised if Brown plays.

no browns not yet completed monks fitness regime post injury which includes

27 marathons

15 half marathons

and 25 weeks of training

then 15 behind closed door games

then he might make the bench ...

I don’t think he’s going to change the system,  he will run it into the ground and get fired before he goes back on it

Why do you say Brown and Iorfa will be playing?   Iorfa might play but seen no hint that Brown will.
