Assuming they are, we're just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic really, aren't we? Going up against any team in this division with Börner as our only fit cenreback doesn't bear thinking about. I wouldn't be surprised to see Paterson used there if Iorfa's still out, which would just about sum up the state of our squad at the moment. Refusing myself the luxury of selecting any of the injured players... He could technically play wing back and Palmer at centre back I suppose. Rhodes is crap but Marriott has also been awful. Let’s revert back to what we had in the first few games. If 1 is missing we are bang average and if 2 are missing it's almost certainly nailed on we won't win, draw at best. If 3 or 4 are missing then it's nailed on we will lose. He is a massive part of the problems on the pitch. The way the game passes him by for a defensive midfielder is unbelievable.
