Would anyone on here say they hope Gary Monk continues to be the manager of Sheff Weds? He's assembled a team and put together his backroom staff and this is the outcome. No more excuses. These are his players and his coaches. When we didn't even sign the players for it and we don't have the players to suit it. Monk is a dreadful negative manager out of his depth. His career has been descending on a downward trajectory ever since he was at Swansea. Monk wasn't what we needed after Bruce, nothing he's done has suggested he's worth sticking with, let alone even bringing him in, in the first place. DC needs to buck up, get a DOF or some footballing people in to help him and to get in a proper manager. Everything he's done during his reign has been a disaster. We're a mess on and off the pitch. The problem is an incompetent managers who doesn’t know how to manage players. This side are not playing for him. They have no confidence in him and that was clear as day at the end of last season.
