There were very few games left, and ifollow seemed like a decent option at the time. We all knew that by taking ifollow would keep money in the club, and we all knew that our season ticket was a sunk cost. This season is different - but last, absolutely I disagree with you. This season - i'm really probably thinking that it's going towards next seasons season ticket. I wanted a refund for the remainder of last season. I want a refund for this season. And the last thing it will be going on is another season ticket. I strongly suspect I'm not alone.

I totally disagree with you I'd honestly have expected it to have been in the high 80%'s at a minimum I wonder what Chansiri expected it to be if he's saying half of people who spent hundreds of pounds and didn't get the product then wanted their money back is more than expected? 80% is high, especially with the option for club shop vouchers. 55% is about right... means 1 in 2 wednesdayites has some common sense

Very interesting as you say. I was one of the other 45% or so that chose to watch the remaining games last season - why they thought a significant number more than that would choose to do so based upon our results and performances between January and March, which were arguably getting worse, is baffling. matthefish2002
Think the club think 55% wanting refunds is high as they were expecting more to take the options of club shop vouchers or watching games on the internet.

I'm also watching the home games this season but I am really not impressed that the difference in what I put towards i-follow and what is then left will automatically be chucked towards a season ticket for next season. The club must not have watched us play between January & March! I'm currently sat on £25 of ticket vouchers as part of the option I took, goodness knows when the opportunity to put that to use will be.

To be fair I knew when I took the merchandise offer that it would only go towards a replica shirt sleeve but the £25 ticket voucher I was hoping to put towards a cup game this season or something like that, not likely now is it. When you think of the money this club has wasted since DC walked through the door. It’s peanuts. It’s less than peanuts, it’s peanut dust! They didn't expect as many fans asking for their money back. Well he fans didn't expect us to pay a player more than what is being asked for being sat on his arse.
4evaowl
I'm surprised more didn't ask for their money back given the wealthy owner and massive salaries of players...in addition to the appalling run of results and performances.
