It was so strange

Even in real time it  seemed like slow motion

The ball went towards him and instead of just walking out and kicking it away he did a slow motion crab movement and didnt' go for the ball

I still  cant' believe it

Slow motion crab movement had me cracking up, that's exactly what it was

Right then. You must know something the rest of us don’t because that is a serious statement to make.

Most of us just see perhaps the best keeper in the championship (or was) dropped because of some vendetta OR personal issue (an issue that was not a problem under Carlos when we were good).

Stop being dramatic, there is no 'personal vendetta' Westwoods form allegedly fell off a cliff after he got re contracted by Bruce,& he also became 'injured'..it beggars belief that two seperate managers would be so unprofessional to single out the same two players & drop them, refuse to play them...

There has to be another reason..(it has been alluded to,by others many times..)

Does it also ‘beggar belief’ that more managers chose to play him than refuse to play him?

NO because its not relevant.....Bullens not a 'manager',Bruce didnt hang around long enough,to have a problem with anybody, & Carlos was waaay long ago...

Who knows why,and when the alleged issues arose?....We just know that they allegedly did....A marriage starts off good, and stays good, until it isnt....

Because??

Because even tho Bruce hung around about as long as a fart in a lift he realised the importance of havin a recognised number 1 keeper..then that stuff about marriage has no relevance...your welcome🥴

I’ve been saying all this for a year but got hammered on here. Dawson and Wildsmith are both garbage, especially Dawson. Westwood is still our best keeper by a mile.

Great Q,why should he trouser that?,or anyone else for that matter in such times? he is 'trousering' it because Bruce gave him another contract...

I would have no confidence whatsoever in WW,even if he was given a recall...no Player can ever be bigger than the manager, irrespective of what your personal views of monk.

Bruce?...you accept he didn't stay(did he even allegedly have any intention of staying?) but than waste no time in blowing his trumpet..(monk has a recognized no1 too, doesn't he? so that point too holds no water....hasn't chopped and changed, just one neither you,or I agree with)

Marriage...? well its a relationship isn't it? usually starts off well....but if it ends, its usually a train wreck....

The fact that Carlos(I dont count Bruce,he picked WW & a new contract was dangled) was able to deal with WW doesn't mean that others who allegedly didn't,are in any way at fault,or acting wither with malice,or unprofessionally.

We the fans have no idea at what stage in the manager/player relationship the alleged 'attitude' from certain players started...and soured what was a good period for both player & club...

Goals conceded is the least of our problems....take a look at the for and against columns and compare it with other teams in the league

the critics are really scraping the barrel now......keeper makes a decision which results in the opposition not scoring......wrong decision apparently.

Bizarre

He didn’t make a decision which is the problem. He froze like a deer in the headlights. Fortunately Flint got him out of jail.

Love how you can read people’s minds...you really are wasted

how do you know he didn’t make a conscious decision not to rush in and potentially concede a penalty but rather to hold up the player until reinforcements got back

Your comment that Flint got him out of jail is laughable given the way he sold himself to cause the problem in the first place

Laughable 😂

Then you make out Dawson deliberately didn’t narrow the angle or grab or smother the ball , thus allowing a shot because he knew someone would clear the ball off the line.

He could have nipped to my house for a sit down, cup of tea, chat, and a look at my Yoda bedroom slippers and still got back in time to get the ball

Instead he chose to waddle along like he was doing an impression of a crab
