Didn't I say don't get rid of Joao?  No, sell him they told me, we can get two player or three players for that with twice the energy and twice the fight.

That worked out well.

Maybe it not so many words but you get my drift.

Joao was inconsistent, no way would Monk have given him a run in the team.

Sadly think you right, no manager at Hillsborough dared to give him a run in the side.  If they had especially with an attacking line up we would have reaped better rewards from him.

I to would like to see more consistent lineup in the attack, but who you would pick for that I'm not so sure. None have been convincing,  you could make a case for Paterson as he is hardworking.

Now has 7 in 7 games just goes to show when you have a manager that plays a striker and plays to his strength how well a player can perform.

Games are coming thick and fast. Strikers aren’t going to play 90,90,90,90.

We need to settle on our best (least poor) three strikers and pair any two from three together over the next five or six matches.

For me it’s Paterson, Windass, Rhodes.

Forget Kachunga and Marriott. They are clouding the issue and look pretty dreadful.
