He wasn't good enough before new signings... then if you sign a cluster of players who have failed to make it a the club's they are at you get a team of players who arnt good enough. You might be lucky to get one player and turn their career round but you can't do that with half a team of them. 

The pitch is tiny and sad to see that. Hard working players deserve credit for their work ethic but unfortunately they rarely produce quality in football as there using so much energy running round. You need a blend. Right now we have a team that could run all day but can't score. Monk plays crap football has narrowed our pitch which is disgusting. The pigs play good it football WE are the club who plays. Sad sad times he turned in to THEM
