Hillsborough is quickly becoming our bogey ground. Is it the old girls way of telling us it's now time for a new place? I'm not suggesting we move to the moon i'm simply asking is it time for a new home? She's looking tired and unloved now compared to when she was held in high regard and was first choice for semi finals etc. Lots of clubs are now in the same situation as us and are doing something about it. Even last night's victors have recently moved in to a brand spanking new stadium. I'm not even suggesting we leave the area i'm just saying we look dated now and maybe need a new start that will excite fans new and old and breathe new life in to our club.

Would Chansiri be able to claim the tax back on a new stadium? Like when you buy a new van or whatever for work, that'd go a long way to balancing the books?

Otherwise no, a bit of paint or a big banner will do.

Scour the entire city on google earth and you’ll be hard pressed to find a suitable site for a new ground.

A new West Stand and a redesign of the Kop is all that’s required. Maybe also desist from calling it the ‘old girl’.

I personally think if DC had the money to refurbish Hillsborough or build a new stadium he would have already done it.

Bloody hell!

It's bad enough with people having an agenda against the owner, the manger, half the bleedin' team without starting one against the ground FFS!

We're just trying a younger team under the wrong circumstance.

Here Dele Bashiru, Hunt, Dawson, Penney etc...minus 12 points in Championship, keep us up and guess what we'll get Aiden Flint to shout at you when you put a foot wrong

Now is probably the best time to renovate . Knock down the lepps and rebuild ; i should imagine the price would be cheaper in the current climate and plenty of options for builders no disruption to fans.

Go on Mr Chansiri go for it

The chairman's LOADED mate - we have been told for years by some fans that it's just the EFL / FFP stopping him spending gazillions on stuff
