Which absolute ball sniffers come up with this absolute testicles year after year.

Do they sit at home doing nothing but ******** and reading comics til their brains turn to mush?

Sorry for delay in replying, I was ******** and reading comics.

Whats wrong with it as a suggestion? No dead games... no games done and dusted after 45 minutes... disincentivises boring 0-0 draws.

Its perfect.

I don’t mind the concept of 0-0 draws resulting in 0 points but a score draw resulting in 1 point. Nothing worse than a drab 0-0.

Exactly, I know there's a skill to battling out a 0-0 draw but it makes for a very poor spectacle.

Also, 5-0 at half time... Game over? No, you can quite literally win the second half.

No more keeping it tight for the first half and reducing it to a 45 minute game.

Guaranteed entertainment from the first to the last minute.

Well if it ends 6-0 then someone won both halves surely?

Just not bothered...

They could run it as a competion

Do you understand the new points rules

one point if you answer yes?

Do you understand the offside rule

one point if you answer yes?

Do you understand both

3 points if you answer yes

2pts for Winning a Half (4pts for Winning Both)

3pts for Winning a Game (but not both halfs)

0pts for a Draw*

*unless losing on 75mins or later in which case 1pt awarded for a draw

What if somebody equalises in the 74th minute and its disallowed. Ref goes to VAR and reverses the decision and allows it but its in the 76th minutes would they still get the point?

We'll have VAR checking the microsecond the ball crossed the line on 74:59.999
