I'm right though.....

OK, I won't bang on about the fact we're on a par with other clubs in this division again...I won't even mention that all the info is out there.....I won't say that again either...

"This is gorgeous signing off..."

1) Chill out bro

2) Go away, put together all the facts, evidence and information

3) Post it so that you can shut these people up once and for all

Because right now nobody has a single reason to say "ah yeah you're right, I'm wrong"

I'm happy to (and do) pay for the iFollow service to watch the games.  But it's very VERY rich of them to preach morals when they have failed to pay back any of the refunds owed, and are ultimately holding on to people's ST money for this season, in the knowledge that fans will likely not see a game until at least March next year.

People are losing their jobs every day, the club are holding on to their hard earned money, and they have the audacity to cry the poor tale about pirated streams.

It's wierd how when fans want a say in how football is run, they are all 'face facts, it's just a business, get in the real world' .

But when it suits them the clubs are perfectly happy to play the 'we are more than just a business. You should automatically support us out of loyalty and because you are part of the SWFC Community'.

Normally if a business wants people to buy its product it has to actually make it better than the free alternative.  'Morally right' doesn't come into it.

As a PR own goal this is right up there with Ratner.

Our club, in the middle of a global pandemic when thousands of people are losing their jobs, or only getting paid a %  of their wages, have actually just called our fans immoral  whilst witholding season ticket money those fans paid to them in good faith

Since lockdown at the back end of last season and through this term so far, the EFL have invested considerable sums into the iFollow live streaming service to allow supporters the opportunity to follow your team whilst unable to enter stadia.

Here at Hillsborough, iFollow Wednesday is the sole legal provider of all our Championship games not broadcast live by Sky Sports, with four-camera coverage, replays and commentary.

Sheffield Wednesday receive 100% of the £10 match pass cost from our supporters purchasing live streams of Championship fixtures, which provides vital revenue at a time when income has been decimated by the Covid-19 crisis.

And as our games continue to be played behind closed doors for at least the foreseeable future, we recognise the importance of iFollow live streaming directly into your home.

However, some individuals hawk alternative streams that are not only morally wrong but illegal.

We cannot emphasise strongly enough that any redistribution of live match footage is damaging football clubs and against the law.

It is clear that only a small percentage of our supporters are enticed into parting with hard-earned money to these unscrupulous sites but we would unequivocally advise that you subscribe to the official iFollow product only.

Together with the EFL, relevant authorities and stakeholders, the club and our supporters must do all in our power to win the ongoing battle against piracy and eliminate illegal streams.

Monitoring is at an all-time high and any platform providing transmissions of our games other than iFollow will be taken down and face the prospect of legal action. As a result, our supporters will lose your money and the ability to watch the game.

Should you become aware of any illegal stream being shared or redistributed, please email mediaenquiries@swfc.co.uk and we will take the necessary action.

Finally, please do make the club aware on the same email address should you experience any problems or have a query regarding the iFollow service.

Since a universal commentary outage that affected all clubs during our first game of the season at Cardiff was resolved, the iFollow platform has proven a robust and reliable viewing experience.

A number of issues have arisen from incorrect browsers/software used and we have published a comprehensive FAQ HERE to assist with any troubleshooting required.

In addition, we are here to help on all levels where possible and alongside our streaming partners, the club will always seek to provide a positive and satisfactory outcome.

So get right behind the team at Birmingham on Saturday from afar and remember, the £10 pay per view revenue goes in full to our club.

Thank you for your co-operation and continued support.

Snitches get stitches

In fairness, in this instance the "free alternative" is stolen content of paid versions. It's like saying you're not going to buy a Samsung TV when you can nick one from Currys.

OK, you're right, can you also tell others to stop posting that our prices are the highest then?  For balance and all that?  Because nobody can back that up with factual data either, they may think they know.....

Cheers

Post the facts or shut up complaining that people have got their facts wrong

Absolutely NOBODY is going to listen to you saying you're right, they're wrong but you won't post the facts to back up what you're saying

Put  up or  shut up

You're still doing that thing where you're complaining about  everyone being  wrong about something but instead of simply posting the facts to prove them wrong you're posting post  after post  after post  about how they're wrong

Any idea how tedious that is read?
