Big lad, wins headers at both ends, turning circle of a cruise ship, slower than your grandma. Like that ex United player that turns out for England? *beat me to it SoB2... BIG D
Was it Flint who Lee walked past to score the last minute winner v Bristol City? Worth watching again anyway Edited October 13, 2020 by BIG D
The Night-Owl
Does he suit a back 3? Has he played in a back 3 often? Think Cardiff have mostly played a back 4. Not sure about his other teams?

Loss of Form At age of 31 a loss of form which goes on for months usually means a player is knackered. His wind or energy have packed up and can no longer function. if he's not played since january how do we know he's been out of form for months .......he may have had a bad december got left out or perhaps picked up an injury ,his replacement did well and hasnt got back in ...........westwood aint played for 10 months but evidently 2 clubs still covet him despite the poor form he showed before being left out . .......just because a blokes been left out of his present club doesnt mean he cant do a job elsewhere. Prince
Proven Championship player with bags of experience and a leader figure. I don’t understand why we think we are above this type of player. FFS we are about as attractive as the Fat girl alone on Roxy’s dance floor at 01:55. 1

If we're genuinely in for him and it's not just agent or paper talk? Then his height, leadership and physicality might suit us, as long as we revert back to a back 4? Personally I think, it would be smarter to go for someone younger, with physicality and more pace but more suited to a back 3 or more adaptable. sonofbert2
I’ve read a lot about him on the Cardiff forum. Him and Morrison are too similar to play together and Morrison is just that little bit better.

How often have we signed players that don't suit how we play or have not much resale value? Yet, when we do sign some players with ability, they get wasted by being played out of position or bypassed by playing negative direct football instead or they return to their parent clubs with little chance of signing them.
