We are a million miles away from this at present, and due to his management, are nearer to League 1 right now. I

The thing is, DC would argue we are not.

You may think we are nearer div 1, I prob would agree...football's a funny old game..anything can happen and usually does.

He likes a punt and probably sees this season as a bit of a setback...but next season rodders...

It doesn’t seem to mention this floating charge you’ve been banging on about for 2 days, a cynic might think you had an agenda.

That's a fixed charge.

Floating charges not lodged with Land Registry.

Does mention he has power to sell our stadium in a years' time, if things go wrong.

So is there a floating charge or not then?  If so what is your source as the only documents in the public domain are the ones above at companies house.

By the way, DC has had the option to selling the ground to anybody he fancies ever since he bought the club, as did Milan before him or any of the people that Milan borrowed money from & secured it against the ground.

Can the financial experts shine a light on this please?

Been saying this for a while, he doesn't have as much money as we were led to believe, signings like Urby Vitorrio Diego Emanuelson  who played a grand total of  1 game for us bankrupt him

Edited by OWLS about that?

No one lends to a company with no trading record without also securing Director's personal assets, like Chansiri's Owls shares.

Especially this vulture fund, also go under irony name 'Good for Sport'.

Problem is, Milan wasn't skint and Chansiri clearly is.

He also has a history of late payments, transactions and filings at Companies House.
