It’s most likely a short-term loan to alleviate current cash flow issues secured against his asset.

 

In the murky and mad world of football finance he has plugged into a network of specialists in this kind of thing who have assisted many other clubs in similar circumstances.  Even everybodys’ favourites Brentford are amongst the testimonials I linked in the other thread.

At the end of the day regardless of what the fans think, it’s DC’s club. He’s the owner. As fans we can have an opinion. In some circumstances we might even get a say but the bottom line is DC pays the bills so he makes the decisions whether we like it or not. 

 

Personally I prefer just the one person making the decisions in preference on how we were used to be run. When you have a board of directors there is always going to be friction in the boardroom. With DC and Mandaric we haven’t had this and I think we’re better off for it but someone will be along in a minute to disagree. There always is and this is why I think it’s difficult for any owner to please our fan base because we’re very difficult to please but I think that’s a Yorkshire thing particularly when it comes to having a say on where you spend your hard earned?

Wednesday would carry on without Chansiri, simply too big not to.

There might be a whole heap of crap to climb over, but the club would carry on.

When you look back , maybe Mandaric did us no favours by saving us from Admin.

Today, we stand with an undoubtedly well meaning Chairman, but his lack of nous in the business, and his sheer stubborness have led us to this.

You can't excuse some of his actions, stubborness, gullibilty, and not seeming to understand that simply throwing money at a mess, doesn't always clear it up.

He might have not liked the EFL rules, but I might not like the f.ookin' speed limit, they are there and you have to abide by them.

Nor did he understand the demographics of Sheffield POTG has virtually stopped walk up to Hillsborough, once you start losing fans, at these prices, precious few return.

They may want more money for it,than the new owner is prepared to pay,or have a bidder who wants to develop it...all reasonable reservations to have.....
