Some clarity on Chansiri's Hillsborough charge

I thought DC (via Sheffield 3) was paying the club £7.5m a year for 8 years for the stadium & the club was paying £3m a year rent back to Sheffield 3.

Where is this floating charge detailed?, no charge documents are yet in the public domain.
