Take Arsenal for instance signing Partey from Atletico Madrid. Left it until last hour or so to pay his buy out clause (so no need for club negotiations) to now face a race against time to get medical, personal terms and contracts signed before deadline....why leave it that late why not just pay the clause yesterday or last week or even 6am this morning so your not racing round like a fool at the end.
