The issue isn’t about when managers are appointed it’s about when managers are judged.

Makes no difference. Every manager has to deal with problems. 

The only thing that counts is points. 

Gm has had options available for shifting players in or out. The buck stops with him. 

Sick of hearing all the usual excuses on injuries or coaching staff are responsible for the poor points return. 

I see other teams finding gems like Tony for Brentford. We get championship reserve players. They cost us over the odds and are proven to be average players. 

I was happier with the jos luhukay approach. Pitty that others could not see that he was building a team for the future. 

Jl had a better win percentage than gm with much worse circumstances. If he had been backed. We would now have a young fit team with experience in championship.
