No they aren't. Because they've published their accounts. Every year

We've published one set in the last 935 days

That's not correct, we have submitted all of our accounts. We haven't submitted our accounts *on time* in 935 days...

It's entirely accurate

We've submitted one set of accounts since March 2018. 935 days.

Or 2 sets of accounts in 936 days. We are late with this set because of the appeal and the pandemic changes but they were due sep 2020 which is the correct date.

They changed the accounting dates did they not? We were still playing the 19/20 season in July.

Yes. It's the season before that still hasn't been submitted

Despite another season finishing since then

18/19 accounts were due 31st April 2020, we took up the option of a 3 month Covid extension.

We’re heading into month six extension and probably a fine.

There probably are quite a few Championship clubs operating currently under a soft embargo. Just because it’s not plastered everywhere doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

The chairmen are more than likely, secretly thankful for it.

Oh dear, yet more rewriting of history on here.  We didn't pull out of the deal for Leko.  The player had a choice and chose Birmingham.

Not strictly true, we offered an amount. They accepted, but then Birmingham offered a higher amount. We wouldn't match it.
