pahowl Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 I put in a complaint about the Cardiff Game to ifollow and followed it up with a further email last weekend, I never actually asked for a refund but here's the email I got today at 14;37 "Dear Paul Thank you for your patience whilst we reviewed your request for a refund. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to be returned. Once again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
