CARABAO CUP DRAW - Sheffield Wednesday to play West Brom or Brentford away

Recommended Posts

I like this new draw system. We are basically in the final.

Sheffield Wednesday or Fulham or WBA or Brentford or Brighton or Hull or Wolves or City

will play

Chelsea or Accrington or Burnley or Arsenal or Preston or Man U or Liverpool or Bristol C

Anyone got Wembley tickets?

Anyone know why they are doing the draw like this ? I hate it btw

It’s to benefit the PL clubs. Everyone will see their future draw against a PL team and say “We may aswell give in now”, but not us, oh no, we’re going to win the League Cup and shove it up the backside of the EFL’s Chairman. It’s what’s driving us on from Monk’s team talks.

Monk has talked to the players about the satisfaction of watching the trophy being inserted sideways whilst they sing “We’re Sheffield Wednesday and we’ll do what we want”. He’s doing great things for team spirit is Mr Monk.
