fudge27
Wound up in the hight courts. Such a shame and can see more clubs going in theirs and burys wake. Side note but sky's coverage when it broke was appealing. Such sad news.. Jack Grealish has signed a new Contract followed by loads of analysis. SiJ
Awful really. First Bury, now them. Sadly, I fear we are going to see quite a few more at this rate. I can't stress how important it is we weren't relegated to League One last season. The lack of fans, naff all tv income will have a devastating impact on that division and League One imo.
mildatheart67
Debts of £500,000 done for them. Wonder how many more are heading that way.
31Dec1966
Clubs below the championship simply cannot survive without crowds/catering etc. And still players are being paid hundreds of thousands a week. It's a sad state of affairs but football is dead as we knew it.

SiJ
Main headlines on Sky are concerning Gareth Bale's wages (600k a week) and Jack Grealish signing a new deal... And therein lies the problem in a nutshell. 3
Paolo Coopio
Stockport, Bury, Macclesfield. All clubs that had disappeared/almost disappeared from that part of the country. I remember at the time Stockport almost going out of existance for around a month of Rooney's wages up the road in Manchester. Yes, clubs need to live within their means but it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when the top end teams in the next postcode are throwing millions around like cadburys heros. bradowl
First of many clubs to go this season if fans aren't allowed back very soon.
Owls_fan_since_1983
Could be first of many this season (at all levels) even below the national league level,

mildatheart67
Think Charlton are still under awful ownership but it's nearly always been the way that a saviour doesn't arrive.
Utah Owl
Without the TV money most of the EPL would be in dire straits.
Plonk
Think too many clubs have pushed things to the financial boundaries then this poo happens and they are exposed. Sure there’s many businesses in the same boat. But footballs different as so many suffer when his happens. Sad days but I think many will follow
