Yes he does have to produce for a longer convince me. The fact that you are convinced already is fine. As a manager, he was at the helm that produced appalling performances and results for a long period In the very recent past. Therefore, I need more convincing than three games, two of which have been League Two opposition. But, as I indicated in my post, he’s made a good start. Garry and his team have moved us away from the old '5 minute confab about what we're going to do before Bannan pings it over the bar routine' to which we have become accustomed. I have actually started taking an interest when we are awarded a set-piece. 3

Django
I’m really pleased with the start Tonight was the sort of game where we usually struggle, but there looked to be a real energy and eagerness about us that’s been missing for a long time Well done to Monk and the lads

Guest
So it's either 2 wins and a draw with 3 cleansheets Or 3 wins and 2 clean sheets Or don't Walsalls penalties count

Philb125
In a season where the lows will inevitably come, I think relishing the highs is great! Long may it continue, some fans don’t know how to be happy/proud of their club.

@owlstalk
THIS is what is happening under the Garry Monk era Team spirit, togetherness, Unity and siege mentality Outside of this team huddle there are some fans of this club still sniping, wanting to make little digs, saying stuff like ‘it’s only one game’ or ‘lets see how we get on in the next game before giving any praise’ etc To those fans I would say take a look at the photo Youre either inside this new era, standing shoulder to shoulder with the players and the manager in this team huddle... Or you’re against it and stood outside of the circle shouting little snidey digs at it whilst the players are doing their motivational talks before the games There is no third option Youre either with these boys wholeheartedly or you’re one of those the team (quite rightly) have a siege mentality against Look closely at the photo Pick your side 2 1 Owlstalk Shop

Now I can't not notice that the bottom of the 'C' in ROCHDALE has one white seat too many, and it is bugging me now. Cheers, mate. Seriously though, I was hesitant before the start of the season, and while there are (valid) arguments to be made for the level and quality of opposition faced so far, I am still starting to get very excited about the season ahead. Something seems to have changed, and for the better.
Morepork
Early days but I’m encouraged on many fronts. In spite of everything there’s an a definite air of professionalism and dare I say purpose. The real test comes when we lose, can we bounce straight back or will our confidence wane as one defeat turns to two and so on. Still, we couldn’t have hoped for a better start.
