George Hirst @ Rotherham

Recommended Posts

The club laid out the facts. Hirst tried to engineer a move away behind the clubs back. We offered to make him the highest paid academy player at the club breaking our wage structure, he turned it down. A member of Hirst’s camp was abusive to a Wednesday employee.

If what Chansiri said is all lies, I’m surprised Hirst, his Dad or advisors haven’t come out and told their side. After all it’s defamation of character if it’s not true. They haven’t. Speaks volumes.

For all DC’s faults and naivety he’s shown as our chairman - he doesn’t strike me as a liar. He’s big on respect and he’ll say what he thinks. He told his version of events and it doesn’t look good on the Hirst camp.

How people can defend Hirst and Hirst Snr is beyond me. Yet will happily have a pop at Hutchinson who put his body on the line when he pulled on the blue and white stripes.

Absolutely bizarre.

Not at all. I just don’t understand how you can back someone who completely screwed the club over and you spout off about Hutchinson as if he was the root cause of all the ills at Sheffield Wednesday.

It just makes no sense.

The shoehorning of Hutchinson into that post was actually hilarious.

Agree though.

3 goals in 22 in one season in Belgium??

It's not impressive

But better than Kachungas career record

Man your Anti-Wednesday nonsense is getting boring!.

Kachungas only record that matters right now is 1 in 2! When they let fans back in get yourself to the New York Stadium and support your buddy instead!

We've all seen with our own eyes DC showing more patience and loyalty than he should with players and managers over his time here. Clearly the man is loyal to a fault.

For him to have banished GH in the way he did. In such stark contrast to the way he has treated everyone else. It is not only easy to believe that something extremely serious had either happened or been threatened by the Hirst camp but is hard not to be convinced it surely must have. We've heard numerous accounts of poor behavior from Hirst Snr from people claiming to have experienced it first hand.

Either way for Hirst to be headed to Rotherham almost 4 years after leaving us, proves without any question of a doubt that he clearly wasn't good enough for our first team then. And with almost cetainly that he isn't now. If Leicester really thought that much of him they would have paid his compo and got him on their books right away.

Sod him and Sod his Dad.

OK fellas, time to wrap this one up now. 17 pages and 20,000 views for a kid that's never played for you, belongs to Leicester and is now at Rotherham United for the next 12 months! Surely you have more pressing matters to discuss like getting to zero points ASAP.

Fair few points wrong there. Comeback when you're finished fact checking.

Or better still don't come back.
