Disagree.

The 'rough gems' he's had like Rodwell, Morrison And the likes he hasn't got a tune from.

His skill is in motivating average players and organising the team to be better than the sun of their parts

Same thing different way of saying it 😆

I'd love it if they were on 1 point after a quarter of the season 😂 However, the prem is nearly as unpredictable as the championship this season so they'll just as likely win their next 3. Up to now though, its been a glorious start to their 2nd season living the dream and being everyones 2nd favourite team of humble underpaid heroes. Not like those other teams who spend over a 100 million on players, no, the pigs are doing things the right way. Humble and workmanlike.

I just hope they continue to be 2nd in all their games this season!

To be fair to wilder, it is very difficult to replace polished turds with the real thing and expect the same level of effort. That seems to be the biggest criticism of them this season that the work rate just isn’t as high. This is when good managers become great managers. Possibly the reason why none of the big clubs will take him? I just can’t imagine him managing the likes of Man U or Chelsea.

Have to disagree @Plonk. I think Uriah is doing an excellent job of replacing polished turds with real turds!

Motivator, gets 110% out of them and gets the results.

They want to play for him, they buy into the whole "our club" thing.

Great in the lower leagues because you can attract these kind of players and they are good enough for it.

Problem is, you start buying better players on higher wages, they rarely give 100% every game never mind that extra mile. They show flashes of brilliance but get "injured" a lot, have their off days etc etc.

So you then go back to your fighters who are running out of steam, getting older, slower.

He is however the perfect manager to get relegated with, as he will no doubt get them back up there or at least give it a good go.

Hooefully bogroll decides he wants a big name, brings in some foreign guy who ships out wilders warriors and replaces them with flashy foreigners on nice contracts.

Hopefully you’re not serious, nobody can be as thick as you’re making out? 😂😂😂

Just had a quick look through your previous posts, you come across as a classy character. You often appear to refer to 'Wednesday' but never in the sense that Wednesday are 'us'. Wonder who you support?

Next they’ll be sticking the Battle of Britain on their “honours board”. :duntmatter:

Heard they are changing their name to Sheffield United VC!

Anyway, let's see how the Humblebums get on tomorrow.

Liverpool’s defence will most likely consist of:

Adrian (free transfer)
TAA (youth academy)

Gomez (youth academy)

Fabiniho (£39m midfielder)

Robertson (£8 million)

So the 400 million pound defenders line will have to be dropped from the starting excuses line up.

This will require a change of tactics (side step) from the Mr Humble and his little old us club

He will be preying if they lose that it’s Jota or another signing who cost more than Brewsters millions.

They signed Gomes for about 3million from Charlton

He's looking at how much they pay em a week just in case. He thinks some could be on more than 40k. There's also the late Saturday kick off to take into account, his lads have got to be up early on Sunday to give alms to the poor or summat.
