My favourite was the one who was actually boasting that they no longer have the worst start in league history because they've won a game sooner than Newport did in 1950 or summat. Wow, fantastic achievement guys...

Did they boast about not winning a major trophy for 96 years and counting... 🤣

So they are looking at needing around 30 points from their remaining 20 games. Nine of those games are against sides currently in or around the top six and looking for champions league spots. Can’t see them getting more three or four points from those, if any. So they effectively will be looking at 25 points from the remaining 11 games. From a side that have managed from 18.  I wouldn’t be making any rash bets.

Just looked and he's played 19 games this season and conceded 31 goals with 1 clean sheet. Last season with Bournemouth he played 37 and conceded 63 with 3 clean sheets. https://www.transfermarkt.com/aaron-ramsdale/leistungsdaten/spieler/427568

"The trouble with "lessons from history" is that we usually read them best after falling flat on our chins."

"Girls are simply wonderful. Just to stand on a corner and watch them go past is delightful. They don't walk. At least not what we do when we walk. I don't know how to describe it, but it's much more complex and utterly delightful. They don't move just their feet; everything moves and in different directions . . . and all of it graceful."  Starship Troopers, Amen!

I wonder if, after hearing that, Wilder will apologise?

Of course he won't, he's too much of an arrogant bell sniff to think he's wrong.

Won't be long to footballs called off again imo.

Been breach after breach of the covid rules and the celebrating etc.

The only thing football do when the finger is pointed is say ohhh we're being picked on. Not helping the image of the over inflated ball bags that 99% of them are

I think the major shock here is that Adrian Durham is actually talking sense for the first time

But..... how can he say that the humble one is not in touch with the people...he drinks Peroni and acts live a chav how much more 'in touch' could he be

The Blades have taken loans like this before

When they won the Tevez case they immediately took out a loan with Santander for the balance  finance an immediate return to the PL

But then they gave it to Blackwell and he frittered it all away.

(It’s also actually quite common for clubs to do this with TV money and ST money btw)

I thought it was Bryan Robson that frittered it all away?

But they are so humble.

Where is the money going? Is McBobbar on a miss bonus?
