latemodelchild 10,018
Really hoping for a Newcastle win tonight. Always liked em. Can't be easy for em being a one club city where their nearest rivals are 13 miles away, just eating into their fan base. A fan base that's probably the best in the world. Unlike other teams their fans love a goal scorer. They turn up in numbers when they're in the Premier league and it dips a bit when they drop down a division. But once they're back up they all turn up in numbers. They've not won owt for years yet their fans still support em. What a club. Can see why they're talked about as being the best fans in the world. Did I mention they love a goalscorer? Don't get that at other clubs.

alanharper 32,958
Come on blades, there's yet another record to go for here Each of Sheffield United’s last five home league defeats have been by a one-goal margin – in top-flight history, only one team has ever lost six in a row at home all by one goal: Wolverhampton Wanderers between March and August 1951. TrickyTrev 13,906
If the pigs had a decent striker on the pitch they’d already be a couple up by now. It’s criminal that that the board there haven’t backed Wilder financially to bring in a striker.
