Deary me

We’ve had about 5 left backs better than Stevens since 1990. I’d put Ian Nolan ahead of him

Both Irish and King for me, and neither of them were actually left backs - Before we signed King he was central midfielder!!!

To have 9 players out injured or with illness, even at Championship level is really difficult now is it Chris?

Only you seemed to think differently a couple of years ago you hypocrite.

BBC Sport

“Sheffield United offered little going forward and by failing to beat Palace in their 17th match of the season, Chris Wilder's team set the record for the longest winless start to a Premier League campaign.

The Blades finished the game with 16-year-old substitute Antwoine Hackford on the pitch, the youngest player to appear for the club in the PL.

In a statement after the game, Antwoine’s Mum said he ‘cried himself to sleep’ pleading to be selected to for Sheffield Wednesday

This was the Star XI (Hirst and Deane were the strikers).

Fleck above Palmer (or Harkes, or even Bart-Williams, or even even Bannan)

Stevens above Worthington

And, in the first place, Hodges above Di Canio or Carbone🤔

Graham Hyde achieved more at top flight level than Fleck!

Poor Blades fans.

Their downfall has really come as a bolt from the blue for many of them, hasn't it?

I thought it might be interesting to see what kind of predications they were making this year, and it makes for some sorry reading.

Enjoy!

Poor, deluded fools.

You’ve got to save these and repost them at the end of the season

Billy had a bust up?

Not even made the bench, CWs comment suggests some sort of bust up somewhere.

He must be a big mouth in the dressing room, so will be missed.

Maybe his mrs being a big mouth online isn't helping relations.

Morgan 😂 Thome was better, jeez I'd even say Atherton was better.

Fleck over Di Canio, Palmer, Carbone.

Hodges over Alexandersson.

Henderson is questionable atm.

Stevens FFS 😂😂😂

Even putting aside my blue and white tinted specs... Jagielka was a far better centre half than that dingle thug. Hodges over Di Canio though 😂

If Wilder truly loved the club, he should quit now, and see if anyone else and s fresh start can get a few wins on the board.

They also might as well sell their 'big name ' players in this window, as none of them look like they want to be there.  I keep going on about Brewster,  and surely parties have to agree his signing was a terrible mistake.
