0wl18 1,731
The only physical reason I can think for the games to be called off is that the regulations state that anyone working close contact must isolate as well. 18 players/staff tested positive this current round of testing. The Pigs had 5 staff members + a few of the first team. That leaves approx 10-11 positive cases between the rest of the league. If a side can be fielded, it should be. Everyone is in the same boat then.
mildatheart67 1,117
Talk Sport say Fulham have 6 positive test for players and 4 other staff. There are also players showing symptoms but who have either not been tested or come back as negatives. They still have to isolate for 10 days. Initially tests were twice a week but might have dropped to once a week. With that in mind ,surely many more games are going to fall
owls maniac 10,549
Liverpool draw again. Man Utd now with a chance to go joint top and Man City with two games in hand. This season could be a lot tighter than we thought.

I still think Liverpool will comfortably win it. Problem nowadays is people change their mind after every result. Spurs were going to win it a few weeks back, now they’ll be lucky to get top 4 apparently Once we get more into the season I do think Liverpool will pull away again

If not, and the schedule remains as packed as it currently is for the next five months, I reckon Man City will come to the fore. They've perhaps been playing within themselves and conserving a bit more energy, yet they're still within touching distance of the others.

hirstyboywonder 13,301
I thought this Graham Potter bloke at Brighton was supposed to be revolutionary and they brought him in to move away from the tactics of Hughton? Playing Dan Burn as a full-back/wing-back is a Pulis type move and won't work against a player like Adama Traore.

Bulgaria 8,885
Watching Newcastle v Leicester... Is there a team that relies on one player like Leicester do with Vardy? If he leaves, retires or gets injured, leicester would struggle. My spies inform me that if this would happen to be the case, they would look to Paterson to step in.
