Strengthing our weakness

There's no doubt in the summer we lost some quality that we haven't and won't replace (Forestieri, Fletcher, Hutchinson Lee). Although I don't think any of our new signings are quite as talented as these guys could be on their day, are we going to be stronger?

Have we managed to improve where we have been so weak before? Players like Dunkley, Dele, Kachunga, Windass and Brown have all come in and none look lightweight or weak. Over the years, we've been beaten and bullied by worse teams, who were just nastier than us. Preston last season are a prime example. Will this new athleticism and power give us a new dynamic?

With Zohore being lined up to lead the attack it looks like we could have a very physically strong spine or the squad.

In the Spurs documentary "All or Nothing" Jose says, "you can't be nice guys on the pitch, you've got to learn to be c#*t$"

Are we learning?

Hope so, but then you could have posted this in the build up to the game last weekend, only for the performance to be much the same as it was in terms of dynamism.

It’s the final pieces of the jigsaw that will make the difference to the dynamism. Kachunga and (maybe) Zohore. We’re only as fast in attack, as our slowest player allows.

This is it, we’ve made an OK start with the recruitment, but that was the easy bit. It’s what we do now that will determine what sort of season we have. The final pieces of the jigsaw need to be a bit more Izzy Brown, than Josh Windass. I do like the way the recruitment is going though

Anyone who wants to learn about modern football should watch the Tottenham All or Nothing. Its absolutely brilliant.

Mouriniho is pure box office.

And that 'we must be cxxts' bit is incredible.

Dele Alli got there well before Mourinho told him to be one.
