Shirt sponsor

If the club wasn’t so badly run, it would be the other way round and companies/organisations would be competing to sponsor us.

If we can’t get anything suitable, we should try to at least give something back to the community and have the children’s hospital again.

That's probably not allowed in the EFL Profit and sustainability rule book.

Chansiri it is then!

Hardly the best time to be touting for a new sponsor.

  • Companies want to be associated with success or good reputation: We have the 2nd worst record of any club at this level in 2020 and have hardly covered ourselves in glory off the field
  • Companies want their brand to be seen in the stadium: No fans allowed in the stadium and unlike the end of last season, Championship season ticket holders will now have to pay extra to see weekend away matches so even less brand exposure.
  • Companies want their brand to be seen in public: This would be difficult with less social events and less people out and about in general at the moment but nigh on impossible with us given that our shirts aren't available for general sale and pre-orders have not yet been delivered.
