Players that can play in the premier end up playing in the premier league. They don’t spend their careers between league 1 and the championship. He was good but I’m not sure he’s one of the best players we’ve ever had, I could give you a list of 50 players we’ve had who were better. Yep, think he would still be a great player for squad rotation at the very least and from what other players say his training levels are great so he would be a great example to the young lads.
