The question is,

We have 1 striker who the manager does not rate, hardly ever scores and his all round contribution is poor. It doesn't look as though the club have been successful in being able to attract a striker before the league campaign starts next week.

Is there a player available who knows the club, scored more goals last season than any other player we have and will occupy defenders and give us the opportunity to play higher up the pitch than any player we currently have?

Nuhiu is the answer to that question and will undoubtedly improve our current squad.

Or we could carry on for the next month without a focal point and see if the club have any more success than they have had in the last month in bringing in a striker as they get more desperate towards the end of the transfer window.

Nuhui scores every blue moon..let's leave it eh ffs

There will be a meltdown of epic proportions but he would be handy to have about the place. He’s not the answer long term we know that but I’d have him as a squad man for next season.

I think he is a good squad / impact player. I’d have him back.

But don’t listen to me. I’d have Gary Hooper back on a pay as you play basis

Blimey we've got some reyt jobsworths in our fanbase. Lad isn't a top earner, puts a shift in, isn't particularly gifted but has strengths which can change games.

Unless we can get better or even if we can't for this type of striker, I'd get him in. I'd rather spend dosh on someone young, pacy and aggressive to play alongside than spend a lot of an immobile brute.
