BREAKING NEWS - NEW STRIKER / WINGER / FORWARD - ELIAS KACHUNGA!!!

If Kachunga had signed for Toytown or the Dingles, people would have been falling over themselves laughing at them.

Saying If you sign a forward with 4 goals in 75 games, you get everything you deserve.

Now he has signed for us, he's going to turn into Roy of the Rovers, score loads and lead us to promotion, because he was part of a side that got promoted over 3 years ago.

Then the self appointed poster of happy thoughts accuses anybody that doesn't agree with the above, to be a narcissist, despite the fact that message boards are designed for people to post their views, and by dismissing those views, is only acting in a completely narcissistic manner themselves?

To be fair with that record over the last few years he's played as a winger, and in the Premier League

Record as a central forward seems decent

Good luck to him. His best season came in Huddersfield's promotion season, part way through that season Izzy Brown was his teammate. Perhaps, that's part of the thinking behind this signing? His stats since that promotion season are poor but he should give us options, and in a congested season we will need depth.

Absolute steaming pile of dog muck signing.

A player released by Hudderfield........ let's consider how prolific they are for a second shall we??? Not to mention the fact that he can't pass, shoot or control a ball. But he's fast so let's all Jizz ourselves because he's got pace. Might as well sign Usain Bolt in that case.

Embarassing signing, my Huddersfield mates are laughing their heads off.

And just when I thought we'd started to make sensible signings...... then we bring this joke of a footballer in.

FML!

Very narcissistic, especially selecting a small section of the post, dismissing the posters view.

Yeah but...

You know that bit where YOU posted "4 goals in 75 games"

Well here's the actual real total truth and FACTS for you...

Elias Kachunga has 46 goals and 22 assists in 150 games when playing as a centre forward or second striker

Not sure if this is serious, but my Huddersfield supporting mates said that he works hard for the team, has a good attitude but should score more.  He struggled in Prem and the 4 different managers in short space of time didn't help him.

Who's said he'll score loads and get us promoted?

Quick question - how many goals does he need to score for you (this coming season) to be a decent forward? If he passes that number can we blow raspberries at you and call you a silly sausage and a negative nancy 🙂

We've been crying out for pace for years. Absolutely everyone has known we needed some pace in the team so that's the main positive i'm taking from this. Build up the options we have to play the way the manager wants to play. Pacey players who play on the front foot. Is he a likely 20+ goals a season man? No. However he good help us create and score enough to get ourselves out of this hole.

I hope he's more of a bench option but he's another player who's proven he can be a threat at this level - like Brown.

More and more pace please.

2 years ago WBA had 2 strikers who both scored 20+ league goals, with 55 league goals between them, and didn't go up.

Last season their two top scorers both had 10, and they were promoted - goals throughout the team is probably more important than relying on a single good striker.

Hopefully dunkley and Iorfa contribute. Bannan is capable of scoring more than he has. Reach can’t get much worse than last season hopefully will see him scoring more again.
