Apart from the 46 he's scored in the 150 games when he's been played as a striker,  you're spot on.

Where have you seen these stats?

these are his career stats?

Versatile player, good in the air but can play wide. Not that different to Tudgay in terms of positions but more direct and probably our third option after Murphy and Leko but gives a bit of width.

Hopefully a fresh start away from Huddersfield may help him as thats what we are hoping for!

As Huddersfield found out, he needs a cf to play alongside him.

What is with misguided notion that just because someone was released by a former club it makes them a bad player? Players are released for numerous reasons. They might not have wanted to stay, their wages were too big, new manager wanted to bring his own player in etc Good luck Elias. A shrewd signing of a former Premier League player looking to kick start career.

Good signing ,We aint  going for promotion ,We want players with attitude to knuckle down and fight for every point , We need  a new character to the squad , Survival every game is a cup game .This lad played in the middle can score .

In that case we are already down. Wednesday players running their proverbials off every match. Are you dreaming?

They can't even train properly and get fit

I wonder if we will sign any more of Huddersfield’s squad that drew their way through the play offs & in to the Prem 🤔

Indeed, good to see someone else acknowledge they weren't that good. We were absolutely crippled with injuries and any half decent side would have beaten us easily.

I know some others on here have you believe we were at full strength and Carlos chose to put 10 men in our own box for 120 minutes though.
