Based on how he's conducted himself on the pitch at times in recent seasons, I'd agree. He seems to be prone to digging out his teammates in a way that's not particularly constructive, even if the mistake appears to have been his in the first place! However, positions of responsibility can bring out the best in some people - it could work out if he knows it's on his shoulders as our most senior pro to help the younger players and to build some team spirit. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
