Zero points or -12 ?

Recommended Posts

Isn't worst case scenario that we appeal and get found guilty of both charges, thus receiving a harsher sanction?

That seems very unlikely based on what's been published this morning, but is still a possibility, isn't it?

At least that's what was suggested by the football law expert on Radio Sheffield few weeks ago: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p08mh1bb

-12. I don’t think we will win an appeal. It’s pretty apparent the stadium was sold too late meaning we broke FFP.

While true the efl said it was fine . You can't just move the goal posts because other people have complained about the decision you've made which is what the efl have done . Oh yeah its fine no problem . Oh I've had second thoughts so you've broken the rules I said you hadn't .

From the information published this isn’t apparent. Nor is the reason why the deduction goes in next season, not 2 seasons ago.  The EFL shouldn’t get to pick and choose.  I only know what’s been published today but this seems like a strong appeal.
