I don’t agree with the bloke having a pop. But this is a real issue at the club at the moment. There is a real disconnect between the players and the fans.

On the one hand I agree we need to be pulling together but at the same time the fans really haven’t had anything to get behind, we’ve been awful on the pitch.

At the same time fans pay very high prices to watch a side going into a new campaign on -12. The chairman has taken a complete back seat, no communication with the fans, no statement of next seasons aims, no strategy. The fans have not been this disconnected from Sheffield Wednesday in a long time. I don’t even know what the club is about anymore. So, with all due respect to Moses, I don’t think it’s the right time to be telling us we need to be positive and the negativity is influencing player performance.

Time for the owner of this football club to show some leadership and get the fans back on side and breathe some life and hope back into the club. Because it’s dying a slow death.

There is no justification for abusing anyone online!

I get what Odubajo is saying, but he should look after his own performances first and formost,

Maybe fans wouldn't get on his back if he wasn't such a disaster for most of the season!

If I was performing poorly in my job - I’d rightly deserve criticism - our players have a weak mentality ingrained in them

Or someone helping you to improve at your job, or to put something in place to support your development.

Players aren’t robots at the end of the day, not matter how much money they get paid. Some will cope with the pressure and negativity from crowds when things aren’t going well, others wont. At the level we’re at we’re likely to get a mix of those that are mentally strong and those that aren’t.

Social media fuels many divisions and ways of thinking in society. Wednesday should be guiding players on its use and when not to get involved.

Guest Bulgaria

No need to abuse anyone on Twitter, and the guy is obviously a moron, but I have to confess that did make me giggle.

The louder someone makes an opinion, generally the thicker the person.

I'm yet to hear a fan shout a reasonable thing out at a match

I shout "GOAL", when we score, does this count?

I shouted out "What you doing, don't shoot from there!" at Ian Mellor on boxing day.

So you may have a point.
