We stay up next year or maybe sneak a play-off place Promotion would be almost guaranteed the year after with Vardy, Steve Howard and Ronaldo in their retirement years. With just the small flaw that good players going to Championship clubs will get the choice of signing for teams likely to be challenging for promotion and backed by parachute payments, or the club starting on -12 points that were in relegation form for half a season even before the deduction.
